Welcome, SageFen vendors! We’re thrilled to host you at our 2026 Arts & Education Festival, April 10–13, 2026 — a celebration of creativity, community, and craftsmanship.

Exhibitor Guidelines:
All items offered must be handcrafted by the artist or maker, and we strive to keep our vendor categories balanced (yes, that means we can only handle so many soap artisans at once). Thank you for bringing your talent — and your good humor — to this year’s event at the Riverfront Hotel & Conference Center in Richland, WA.
Registration & Fees:
If you’d like to join SageFen Maker Fest as a vendor, please fill out the Marketplace Contract for 2026 linked below. Once completed, send a copy of your contract to Trixy Reed, our SageFen Maker Fest Marketplace Liaison.Next Steps:
Once you have received a confirmation email alerting you to approval to vend for 2026 SageFen Maker Fest, we will also send an invoice via Square for payment for your booth.
SageFen Maker Fest will take place April 10–12, 2026.
Please note: SageFen Maker Fest is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Any donations made to SFMF will receive a receipt for tax purposes.
