Welcome to the SageFenCon Art Show!
We are excited to showcase your creativity. Whether you are joining us in person or sending your work from afar, we look forward to seeing your latest creations.
Submission Guidelines
- Originality: All entries must be the artist’s own original work.
- Attendance: You may hand-deliver and set up your display if you are attending the convention.
- Mail-In Entries: Artists unable to attend this year are welcome to mail in their artwork.
Registration & Fees
To ensure your place in the gallery, please note the following requirements:

- Advance Reservation: Space must be reserved prior to the event by March 15th, 2026.
- Commission: SageFenCon collects a 15% commission on all sales.
- Documentation: Please make sure to complete and submit the following forms:
- Registration Form
- Signed Release & Waiver Form
- Once we have received your completed forms, we will send you a Square invoice for payment.
- Submission: Email your completed forms to Shanta. Her contact information is listed below for any questions or additional details.
Next Steps
Once we receive your completed application and payment, we will email your official Art
Show Confirmation. For more detailed logistics, please refer to the Artist’s Packet.
Artists Check-In begins at 8am on Friday, April 10, 2026. Early arrival is recommended,
as the Art Show will open to the public at noon.
Art Show hours are:
- Friday, 4/10 | 12pm – 9pm
- Saturday, 4/11 | 9am – 8pm
- Sunday, 4/12 | 9am – 11am
- Auction begins at 1:00pm | Sunday, 4/12.
All pieces with four (4) written bids by 11am on Sunday will be entered in the voice
auction at 1pm. Artwork with less than four (4) written bids will be sold to the highest
bidder on the bid sheet.
