About SageFen & SageFen Maker Fest
SageFen Maker Fest is an all-volunteer, science-fiction and fantasy-focused event dedicated to celebrating creativity and sharing knowledge among fans and fellow makers. Founded by Pacific Northwest fans with decades of experience as professionals, teachers, engineers, builders, and creators, we love teaching, creating, and learning—and we want to share that passion with you
Debuting in the spring of 2022, SageFen has grown into a home-grown celebration of fandom creativity. Each spring, we bring together makers, artists, and creatives for hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and interactive experiences, giving fans of all ages a chance to explore, create, and share their skills.
As a 100% volunteer-run, Washington State nonprofit and federally recognized 501(c)(3) Arts and Education organization, we’re proud to foster creativity and skill-sharing throughout the year.
